Thomas Hall

   Opened in February of 2005 Thomas Hall is one of the few Maryland skilled nursing care facilities designed and built for active confused seniors in need of special dementia care.   This beautiful home with its interior courtyard, oversized windows, and abundance of natural light provides a natural nurturing residential environment.  Group activities, one on one ministry, looped walking paths and home kitchens offer supportive  approaches in caring for the active and confused elderly. 

Thomas Hall is composed of two mirrored households, the Derrick House and the Ligon House.  Each contains 10 spacious private rooms, 2 large semi-private rooms and a nursing station blended into the home kitchen.  The Thomas & Patricia Lansdale Courtyard provides a never ending conduit to nature for the residents of the two surrounding households.
