- Priority List Agreement
Prospective residents wishing to assure themselves a position for private-pay, independent living at Friends House Retirement Community are asked to sign this agreement.
- Application
Admission to Independent Living is open to all applicants regardless of race, color, religious affiliation or national origin. We encourage you to come to Friends House for a personal visit with our Resident Director and evaluate our community.
- Financial Form
Applicants are requested to provide their financial information to Friends House Retirement Community as part of the entry requirement. This information will be held in the strictest confidence.
- Medical and Emergency Form
This information is requested so that our staff at Friends House can provide the best of care for all its residents.
