Interest-free Loans

Many supporters have funds that are needed for daily living and are willing to forego income by making an interest-free loan to the Friends House Development Fund.

These loans are:

• repayable to lender within 60 days notice
• repayable to lender in a fixed number of years (e. g. within five years)
• repayable to the estate of lender upon written notice of death by executor of estate
• loan converts to gift to the Friends House Development Fund upon death of lender
